Who is Eligible?

We accept Medicare, workers’ compensation, direct payment or private insurance. Under Medicare, you must be under the care of a doctor who certifies that you need intermittent skilled nursing, PT, OT or ST and you must be homebound.

Our home care service company serves patients in the Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura County area with a multilingual, medical professional staff.

Among the list of extensive services offered by our highly experienced and trained staff is intermittent and extended nursing services, using Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). Services include: IV infusions, the administration of medication and our CHHA’s can assist with washing clothes, light housekeeping, bathing and personal care.

Our staff of dedicated therapists help patients regain their strength and correct language difficulties through Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy. Our therapeutic staff helps patients with muscle reeducation, fine motor coordination (ROM), language disorder training, swallowing difficulty, voice speech articulation training and helping patients regain the ability to walk.

Skilled and caring medical social workers provide medical social services for supportive counseling and assistance with referrals to community resources. Our professionals can also assess social and emotional factors related to the patient’s illness and care.
