As part of our meal care service, our certified home health aides will assist with preparing a well-balanced grocery list as a means to keep our patients healthy and fit along with: preparing and providing nutritious meals, monitoring daily intake or weight loss, evaluating fluid and food consumption as well as, offering our patients the option of feeding assistance for maintaining a healthy weight.
