Universal Home Care’s medical appointment accompaniment program provides our patients to better access of health care, while at the same time enhancing efficiency of appointment visits to maximize time and mitigate risks. Additional services include transportation to and from medical visit and if needed, a meeting the day before appointment to cover any questions with patient or family caregiver.
Our friendly and certified health aides are trained to supply accurate information about the medical visit to family caregivers in the form of a written report of what transpired, and details of any follow-up requirements in an effort to ensure optimal health for our patients.
