Depending on the level of need, Universal Home Care will assign a caregiver in a shift period that varies in length from 8 to 12 hours a night.
This service is intended to reduce the factors that might lead to a nursing home or hospital admission and all of our certified caregivers are highly-capable as well as, passionate about attending to the needs of our patients.
Overnight care is designed for the patient who wishes to receive a minimum of 8 hours of sleep and includes assistance with bedtime preparation, to and from bathroom monitoring, and ensuring morning safety for the patient once they exit the bed.
By having one of our certified caregivers in the home as your loved one sleeps gives peace of mind and security to the family (all while you rest, enabling you to wake up energized and to go about your day).
